A failed edit returns its credit
If a job fails, Disto automatically returns the edit credit once. This is a credit restoration, not a refund to your payment card. A reference that cannot be accessed can cause an edit to fail. If your balance does not update, contact support with the edit ID.
A completed edit needs attention
If a finished video is faulty, missing something agreed, or otherwise not right, send the edit ID and a description through support. We review these requests individually and consider appropriate remedies. A completed job is not automatically re-edited or refunded by the app; your legal rights remain unaffected.
Cancel a credit purchase
Consumer cancellation rights may apply for 14 days after an online service purchase. You can submit a clear cancellation statement without giving a reason. Disto does not ask you to waive those rights merely by opening the site or buying credits. The treatment of credits already used depends on the service supplied and applicable law; we will explain the outcome when reviewing your request.
If you want a refund of unused credits, include your purchase reference and the email used at checkout. Do not send card numbers. Where a refund is due, it is returned through the original payment method, normally within 14 days after the cancellation is received, subject to applicable legal rules. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit. Duplicate or unauthorized payments should be reported promptly.

You can use the linked form, or send this statement through support: “I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for Disto edit credits. Ordered on: [date]. Order reference: [reference]. Name: [name]. Email used for the order: [email]. Date: [today].” No reason is required.
No recurring subscription
Disto currently sells one-time credit packs. There is no monthly subscription or automatic renewal to cancel. A checkout clearly marked sandbox is a test and does not charge real money.
